Workana is a platform that connects clients and independent professionals to develop projects and work remotely. 😊
Through Workana, clients can post their projects, find professionals with different skills and experience, and manage their contracts directly through the platform.
Professionals, on the other hand, can create their profiles, showcase their experience, and apply to projects that match their skills and interests.
The platform provides tools to support the entire process, from posting a project and finding professionals to communication, managing deliveries, and payments.
At Workana, profiles are reviewed through a moderation process designed to verify that they meet the criteria and requirements established by the platform.
Workana also offers a payment escrow system, which allows funds to be held in reserve until the conditions agreed upon for the project are met.
In addition, the platform has Terms of Use and Policies that establish the rules and conditions for using Workana.
