After receiving from the client the requirements for the project, the freelancer can get started. This contract type gives you the ability to monitor the work and to know the time it takes to perform various tasks required.
The mode of operation is as follows: the freelanceer must send reports (through the work journal) where he must detail: what was done, when it was done and the time it took to do it.
Through the journal, the freelancer can send as many reports a day as necessary. So we suggest sending a report for each specific task completed, indicating what was done and how long it took. This way, you will understand more clearly the work done and both can have greater control over the employment contract established.
After the hours are reported in detail, the client can APPROVE or DISAPPROVE each report. You must take into account that these reports will be used to evaluate freelancer´s reliability throughout the process and to form a long term professional bond. The best thing the freelancer can do is to be as clear and precise as possible when writing his reports.
When a client approves the hours, payment will be made 24 hours after the client's approval.
The contract does not have an end date, therefore it may be terminated at any time. In order to finalize the contract, there must be no pending hours.
