Once the project is in the “Working” stage, professionals can make partial deliveries as they complete the milestones or goals agreed upon in the job description.
By accepting a delivery, you will be releasing the corresponding percentage of the project payment to the professional. If you decide not to make partial deliveries, a single 100% delivery can be made. In this case, the process is the same: accepting the delivery will release 100% of the project value to the freelancer.
Please note that any partial or full release of funds removes that amount from Workana’s guarantee, as it is considered your acceptance of the work delivered by the professional.
IMPORTANT: Before releasing the funds, carefully review the material delivered by the professional to verify that the work has been completed correctly. You should have the actual deliverables in your possession and have received all necessary access credentials (such as usernames and passwords) that allow you to fully access and use the work, even in the case of a partial delivery.
Please remember that once the funds are released, the payment cannot be reversed.
If you require any modifications or changes, ask the professional to make them before releasing the funds.
To release the funds, the client needs to access the project and click on “Review Deliverables”, then accept the delivery.
