With our new feature, you can filter and rate proposals directly from your project or inbox, organize interested professionals more efficiently, and quickly find the options that best match what you’re looking for.

- From your project, you can also analyze proposals with Sofía, our AI assistant, and use different filters to quickly find the professionals who best match what you’re looking for.
- From your project, you can filter proposals based on criteria such as budget, rating, country, number of proposals, and completed projects.
- From the message inbox for each project, you can also apply filters and organize professionals more easily. You’ll have quick access to recommended profiles, professionals you’re already talking to or negotiating with, invitations, and discarded proposals.
You can rate professionals’ proposals by clicking the star at two different points:
- When you receive the proposal, before starting a conversation. This allows you to easily shortlist or discard it.
- During your conversation with the professional, so you can update the rating as you move forward with the selection process.
You can mark a proposal as a favorite by clicking the star. If you change your mind or decide not to continue with the professional, you can remove the star at any time.
The professional will not receive any notification about these actions.
Remember how the escrow payment works: Workana holds your payment as an escrow deposit until you review and approve the work completed by the professional.
