We know that hiring multiple freelancers for the same project could be a bit complicated. You had to enter all the information again and invite the professionals you had already selected… but those days are over! 🙌
Now you can hire as many freelancers as you need with just one click, making the process much faster and easier.
How does it work?
The process for your project is still very simple:
Post your project.
Receive proposals from different professionals.
Talk to the professionals who interest you most to agree on the timeline, budget, and tasks for each one.
Once you’ve chosen all the professionals you want to work with, you’ll need to accept one of their proposals first. Don’t worry! You won’t lose any of the information or proposals you already have in your project. 😉
When you click “Accept proposal” for the first professional you’ve selected, a screen with a new option will appear.
There, simply check the box “Hire more than one freelancer for this project.”
By checking the option shown in the image, you can continue with the payment while your original project remains open and unchanged, allowing you to repeat this process as many times as needed. 😉
This way, you can hire as many professionals as you need without having to create a new project each time.
Important: when you hire the last freelancer you want to work with, do not check the option “Hire more than one freelancer for this project.”
This way, the project will close, and you will no longer receive new proposals from professionals.
How to find your projects after hiring?
Simply go to the “My Projects” section. There, you’ll find each project identified as follows:
Name of the hired freelancer – Name of the original project
This way, if your original project were called “Watch Store Website Design” and you had hired 3 different freelancers, your list would look like this:
- Freelancer 1 Name – Watch Store Website Design
- Freelancer 2 Name – Watch Store Website Design
- Freelancer 3 Name – Watch Store Website Design
This way, each hire will be managed independently, while all of them remain linked to the same original project.
You can work with multiple freelancers at the same time and manage each collaboration separately, without having to post a new project for each one.
