How must a projects’s final delivery happen?

The final deliveries of a project must fulfill a series of conditions so that they can be considered valid by the client and by Workana.

These conditions are: ✅

1) The program must be delivered in full and working on an executable mode, as well as the complete source code of all the work that was done.

2) The deliverables must be in perfect condition and ready to be executed in the following manner (due to the nature of the service):

1. For websites or other server side services, destined to exist only one time and in only one place in the client’s environment, the deliverable must be installed by the vendor in perfect conditions and be ready to be executed on the client’s environment.
2. For graphic projects, the files must be delivered including typographies and ready to be printed, if necessary, along with two image copies of the corresponding vectorial file (one in high resolution and another in low resolution).

All deliveries will be considered “work on demand” under the Copyright Law. The buyer will receive exclusive and full copyright for all the work received.
