For fixed-price projects:


Even though your proposal was accepted by the person who published the project, we urge you to wait until the escrow is paid to Workana before you start working.

Once the escrow payment is confirmed, you can begin working on the project.

Attention! The project can only begin after the guarantee payment is made. Otherwise, there is no guarantee of Workana.

After the work is done, your client will release funds to your account on Workana so that you can receive them through the payment service you chose. More details about withdraw methods here.


For hourly projects:


Even though your proposal was accepted by the person who published the project, we urge you to wait for your client's payment method to be validated before you start working.

Attention ! To get paid for the work done, you need to manually record hours in the work diary for the client's approval.

As your client approves the hours you reported, the related funds will be released to your account on Workana, so you can withdraw your payments using the method you chose. More details about withdraw methods here.
