If you have already completed part or all of the requested work, you can deliver work and record the progress in the Workana project, indicating the percentage completed or whether it is the final delivery.📝
It is important to record your deliveries directly in the project and, when applicable, attach the requested files. For each delivery, we recommend clearly indicating the percentage of progress or specifying whether it is the final delivery.
This way, both you and the client will have a clear record of the progress and deliveries made throughout the project.
The client will review the delivery and, if it meets the agreed requirements, accept it. Once accepted, the corresponding percentage of the funds will be released to your Workana account.
If the client does not approve the delivery, they can request the necessary changes, and the submitted delivery will be canceled.
The final step, once the project has been completed 100%, is to rate the other party.
Both parties can rate each other, but neither will see the rating they received until they have submitted their own, ensuring a fair process for both parties.
Remember that if you have worked well with a client and you both want to work together again, they can invite you to participate in future projects they post. 😉
