If you have a project open in your profile that has the characteristics below:
- The client did not provide the material to start or continue with the project
- The client hired and never returned to explain the needs of the project
- The client released only a portion of the payment for one phase of the project (which was delivered) and never returned to continue the rest of the project.
And you just want to cancel that project and return the amount to the client, you can request that cancellation without costs.
Important: In the event that the client has released a part of the project payment, make sure that you have made the delivery through the project messaging so that the client can have access to that already paid delivery.
This form is only for cases where the project is already in the "in progress" phase. Projects in the "waiting for escrow" phase will not be processed.
If it is verified that external contact information was exchanged between the freelancer and the client, cancellation will not be possible through this form.

- In cases where you received a payment but did not deliver the work and requested the project cancellation through this form, your account may be penalized.
