Your inbox: everything you need, everything in its place

At Workana, we know that the inbox is where millions of conversations begin every day between clients and candidates. It's the first step toward sealing the deal!

That's why we've added new features. Now you'll be able to:

• See the freelancer's most relevant information all in one place, before starting the conversation
• Rate the candidates you receive, with just one click
• If you're a freelancer, receive more helpful feedback on your proposals

See at a glance who the freelancer behind each proposal

To facilitate candidate selection and let you see everything in once place, your inbox will now show the freelancer's profile info first, followed by the proposal and the conversation.

In the upper part, you'll find the freelancer's level, rating, projects completed in the same subcategory, and percentage of successful projects. You'll also see the freelancer's highlighted skills, as well as three portfolio items and the three latest ratings from other clients. The proposal amount and delivery time will be shown just below the main panel.
