Priority Moderation is an optional service that allows freelancers to speed up the profile moderation process, without having to wait for the usual timeframe for free moderation, which can take between 15 and 30 days.
Priority Moderation has an additional cost and does not guarantee profile approval. The review is conducted according to Workana’s established moderation criteria and requirements.
This service is available to:
- Freelancers who prefer to speed up their profile review instead of waiting for the free moderation timeframe.
- Freelancers whose profile was not approved during the free moderation process and who wish to request a new review.
Once you have completed the payment for this service, the message on your profile’s main dashboard will change to “Under review”.
The review may take up to 24 hours after payment.
In any case, don’t worry: you’ll receive an email once your profile review has been completed and, if your profile is approved, you’ll be able to start using it.
