On Workana, the number of projects you can work on at the same time depends on your level on the platform.
Each level has a limit on the number of active projects, so we recommend checking the conditions for your current level to find out how many projects you can manage simultaneously.
🎯 How many projects can I have active at the same time?
- Iron and Bronze freelancers can have 1 active project at a time.
- Silver freelancers can have 2 active projects at a time.
- Gold freelancers can have 3 active projects at a time.
- Platinum freelancers can have 4 active projects at a time.
- Hero freelancers can have 5 active projects at a time.
⚠️ If you have a paid plan, the number of projects you can have active at the same time depends on your plan:
- Beginner plan: You can have up to 2 active projects at a time.
- Explorer plan: You can have an unlimited number of active projects.
- Master plan: You can have an unlimited number of active projects.

Important:
- The project limit is not calculated by adding the benefits of your plan to those of your Workana level. These limits are not cumulative.
- Hourly projects and project extensions do not count toward this limit.
- For example, if you’re at Gold level and have a Beginner plan, you can have up to 3 active projects at a time, based on your level’s limit.
- However, if you’re at Gold level and have an Explorer plan, you can have an unlimited number of active projects.
As you complete projects and achieve new milestones, you can move up to higher levels and gain the ability to have more projects active at the same time. 🙂
