We know how important it is to show a graphic Portfolio when applying for a project and that’s why we’ve added this feature to all professional profiles on Workana.
How can I upload my jobs?
First, you must access your professional profile on Workana. There, under the “About me” option, you’ll see a new section called “Portfolio”. You’ll be able to see two options: the option to link your Behance profile to your Workana account and the option to create a new one and show it on your Workana profile.
At the bottom of the page you will see, under the item Work History or Certifications (if you had one), a section called "Portfolio", where you will have two options: link your Behance portfolio directly to your Workana profile (if you already had it) or you can create one and then link it to your profile.
If you already have a Behance profile, just click on “Link your Behance account”
By clicking on the button to link your Behance account, the system will take you to do it:
After logging in, you’ll be taken back to Workana, where your images and/or projects will be uploaded (this step can take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the size of your portfolio).
Once everything has been uploaded, you’ll be able to see each linked project on your profile.
All uploaded images go into folders, specific to each project, where one image will be displayed as a folder cover. When you click on the folder cover, you’ll be able to view all images related to that project. Example: If you’ve designed a website, you can use the Home page image as a folder cover and, inside, the images pertaining to all other pages of the website could be displayed.
By clicking on the folder, your client will be able to view each project and “like” images they like the most.
In case your portfolio gets bigger, you can use the option “update” on Workana to keep your portfolio up-to-date.
Your portfolio can be unlinked from your Workana profile whenever you like: you just have to click on the button “unlink” on the upper right corner of the Portfolio section in your profile.
