Can I lose my Workana account? Why?
There are several reasons why Workana may close your account.
According to our User Agreement and Site Policies, any proven breach of any of the conditions outlined in these documents may result in permanent termination of your Workana account.
Upon registration on Workana, you will have to accept the terms of use, including our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This is a requirement of your registration on the site, without exception.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you expressly agree to section entitled “Termination of Use”, which states:
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
If you’d like to appeal for account closure, write us at www.workana.com/contact. Select either "I’m a client or professional", then go to "Other topics," then "Other questions / Contact us," and send us a message. Do not forget to mention the email address of the account that we closed and the reasons why you think we shouldn’t have closed it. Our team will review it and make a decision from there.
