It is recommended to always set a deadline for all projects. Doing so allows both parties to have clear knowledge of the duration of the project and allows Workana's guarantee to be even more effective. If necessary and agreed upon by both parties, this deadline may be altered during the course of the project.
If for some reason the project is extended and the deadline expires, it is important to define a new date for delivery through our platform. Otherwise, it will void Workana's guarantee.
To determine a new deadline for your project, you must go to My Projects, enter the specific project you wish to alter and click on Suggest new deadline. The new date must be accepted by both parties in order to be valid.
