When you make a payment to your Workana account, we might have to check your identity through some personal data, such as your name or some social network to identify you.
We may also need to verify your identity and/or that of the owner of the payment method you are using by requesting additional information (for example, images of an official government ID, social media, etc.).
This process may take 72 hours or less. You'll get an email within this period with this request of information.
What happens with the information you send us?
Your data will be kept in our database along with all your personal information.

What happens if you don't send the information requested?
Once we contact you, we'll be waiting for the information requested for no longer than 48 hours. If we don't get an answer from you, we'll proceed to the reimbursement of said payment through the same method of the initial transaction.
