Workana offers skills tests, both developed by Workana and provided by third parties.
These certifications provide additional information that helps complement the evaluation of professionals.
However, they do not in any way constitute a certification by Workana of a user’s ability to perform the services associated with a project.
Certifications are available in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, depending on the country associated with your account.
You can access them from the Skills Certification page and take the tests related to your areas of expertise.
Please note that even with a paid plan, you must wait at least 30 days between attempts.
For example, if you take an English test today and either don't achieve a high enough score or want to improve your score, you can retake the test after 30 days.
Manipulating test results, providing or receiving answers, allowing someone else to take a test on your behalf, or attempting to falsify any credentials is a violation of Workana's policies.
Freelancers on the free plan are entitled to one test. To take additional tests or retake a test you have already completed, you need to have a paid benefits plan.
Certifications can also help strengthen your profile, especially during the moderation process, as they allow you to showcase the knowledge and skills related to the services you offer.
🚀 That’s why completing the available certifications can be a great way to complement your profile and highlight your areas of expertise on Workana.
