What is The Accelerator+?
"The Accelerator+" is the evolved version of the "The Accelerator" program developed by Workana, designed to help freelance professionals who want to accelerate their learning curve to succeed in the world of remote work and on Workana, and thus expand and advance their careers. The program is linked to your Workana account, so you must purchase it from there.
What is the purpose of The Accelerator+?
The purpose of this program is to provide tools and skills that will boost the careers of the talent who enroll in the program as independent and remote professionals.
What will I find in The Accelerator+?
The program is entirely online and consists of 4 (four) thematic tracks, as well as a welcome section and a closing section, with content created by specialized instructors who stand out on the Workana platform. The tracks and their content are as follows:

In addition to the track content, you will have access to extra bonuses and complementary resources that enrich your journey within the program. These are:

- Priority moderation and approval of your Workana profile.
- Annual Explorer Plan with priority support on Workana.
- Your first project on Workana, an educational project with no monetary value, rated 5 stars, for the purpose of validating your knowledge of how to use the platform. After completing it and receiving a 5-star rating, you will receive a USD 5 credit in your Workana account (see the specific clause below).
- Featured badge on your profile.
- Three (3) income pathways included in the program, each with its respective completion certificate.
USD 5 credit for the 5-star project
As part of the program experience, the student will complete an initial educational project on Workana, with no monetary value, whose purpose is to validate their knowledge of how to use the platform.
Once the student properly completes the educational project and it is rated 5 (five) stars by the Workana team, the student will receive a USD 5 (five U.S. dollar) credit in their Workana account.
This credit is granted only once, is associated exclusively with the program's initial educational project, and does not constitute a refund of the amount paid for The Accelerator+ nor count for purposes of the refund policies described below. The credit will be applied within a reasonable period after the 5-star rating has been validated.
What is the investment in The Accelerator+?
The investment required to participate in the acceleration program is specified on the purchase page, based on your region.

Important: depending on the payment method selected, processing fees may apply. If this occurs, the amount will be shown transparently before you complete the purchase.
Guarantees and refund policies for The Accelerator+
The Accelerator+ offers two separate guarantees, each with its own conditions, as detailed below. When you enroll in the program, you will have immediate access to the content.
Guarantee 1 — 7-day unconditional guarantee
During the first 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date, the student may request a full refund of the amount paid without having to provide any reason or meet any conditions. The refund will be processed without additional requirements.
Guarantee 2 — 90-day conditional guarantee (proof of work)
After the 7-day period under Guarantee 1 has elapsed, and until 90 (ninety) calendar days from the purchase date have passed, if the student has not obtained their first client on Workana, they may request a full refund of the amount paid, provided they prove that they have met all of the following conditions:
- Have completed all training modules and received the completion certificate.
- Have completed the 3 (three) income pathways included in the program, with their respective completion certificates.
- Have submitted the required volume of proposals, corresponding to approximately 450 (four hundred fifty) proposals over the 90-day period — equivalent to the volume available with the Explorer Plan — using the proposal submission methodology taught in the training.
- Have created and optimized the profile by following all the training instructions.
- Have all of the above properly documented and available for review by the Workana team.
To begin the evaluation process and potential refund under this guarantee, the student must email mentoria@theaccelerator.com to request a review, within the indicated 90-day period.
Full and verifiable compliance with all the conditions listed is an essential requirement to qualify for a refund under this guarantee. The absence or insufficiency of documentation regarding any of them will authorize Workana to reject the request. The refund will be issued once the Workana team validates compliance with all the conditions.
Provisions common to both guarantees
Once the 90 (ninety)-day period from the purchase date has elapsed without a refund having been requested and approved under either of the guarantees above, no refund will be owed, and the student will retain access to the acceleration program and its benefits for a period of 1 (one) year from the enrollment date.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise indicated, and may be subject to the processing times and fees of the applicable payment method.
What is the program's workload and duration?
You will have a period of 1 (one) year from enrollment to study the program content. The benefits offered in the program will remain valid for up to 1 (one) year from enrollment.
Will I be successful as a freelancer after completing The Accelerator+?
The acceleration program was created to help freelance professionals at the start of their careers or those who want to expand and advance in them. We are convinced that the program has a positive impact on a freelance career; however, success depends on several factors, many of which are related to your individuality as a person and professional, and not exclusively on whether or not you complete the program. For this reason, the program does not guarantee your success as a freelancer, but it is undoubtedly a boost to your growth.
Is it accurate to consider the amount paid an investment?
Absolutely. As you begin working on your projects, you will see that it was an investment, since you will begin generating income in less time than you would without The Accelerator+. In addition, you will have acquired tools and habits that will have a positive impact on your day-to-day remote work.
When are the program benefits granted?
As soon as you purchase the program, you must complete all existing modules. After that, and within the following 48 business hours, the Workana team will assign the Explorer benefits plan to your account on the Workana platform — the same account where you purchased the program — assign the featured badge, and initiate the educational project with no monetary value.
After you properly complete the educational project, the Workana team will rate it 5 stars and the USD 5 credit will be issued in accordance with the applicable clause. As for the health app, your personalized access link will be sent to your email within 72 business hours of enrollment.
Why is it important to join the Discord community?
The "The Accelerator+" community on Discord, a text and audio interaction platform, will be the means through which you will stay connected with the Workana team that is part of the acceleration program. It will also allow you to connect with other freelance professionals who are on this journey. In this way, you can expand your network of contacts and share experiences with other people.
Can I ask The Accelerator+ team to review my profile and advise me on what I should improve?
Yes. The program team is available to help you as much as possible and will provide recommendations for improving your profile once you submit your first 5-star project. These reviews can be conducted through Discord. Do not hesitate to request one, even if you have already completed all the program tracks. You can also request proposal reviews.
The Accelerator+ and the policies and terms of use of the Workana platform
By participating in The Accelerator+ program, participants also agree to read, observe, and follow all the policies and terms of use of the Workana platform and the rules of the Discord community.
User responsibility
By participating in The Accelerator+ program, users agree to:
- Use the program and its resources ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with the established terms and policies.
- Not engage in acts that compromise the security, integrity, or experience of other members.
- Keep the information registered in their account up to date, including their email address and contact information.
- Not assign, share, or transfer their personal access to the program or its benefits to third parties.
Failure to comply with these commitments may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent cancellation of participation in the program.
Consequences of violating policies and terms
By participating in The Accelerator+, users agree to respect the policies and terms of use of the Workana platform, as well as the internal rules of the program and the Discord community.
In the event of a violation, corrective measures may be applied, including:
- Warnings or formal notifications.
- Temporary suspension of the Workana account and Discord community access.
- Permanent ban from The Accelerator+ program and Workana.
These measures may be adopted for conduct including, but not limited to:
- Improper or fraudulent use of program benefits.
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other participants or moderators.
- Manipulation or falsification of information in the profile.
- Failure to comply with rules of conduct, terms, or policies.
A permanent ban entails the total and irrevocable loss of access to all content, benefits, and services included in The Accelerator+, with no possibility of subsequent reinstatement.

In addition, you will be supported by the Workana community and by other professionals who are following the same path as you.

After the Explorer benefits plan period ends, can I continue to have access?
The Explorer Benefits Plan on the Workana platform granted by the "The Accelerator+" program will be available to you for a period of 12 (twelve) months. After this period, you may renew this benefit by purchasing and paying for it in the "Benefits" section of Workana. In that section, you will have access to information about the available plans and the benefits of each one, understand the differences, and choose the one you consider most suitable for you.
Intellectual property
All content in The Accelerator+ program (including texts, videos, downloadable materials, images, diagrams, presentations, code, class and mentorship recordings, and any other related resource) is protected by intellectual property rights.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing, copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any part of the content without the prior written authorization of the rights holder.
- Using the content for commercial purposes or external training without consent.
Violation of this clause may result in civil, administrative, and criminal penalties, as provided by applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
For clarification purposes, Workana informs you that participants in the acceleration program receive all appropriate protection and handling in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy."
