At Workana, we believe it’s important for the client and the professional to agree on a delivery deadline before starting a project. Setting a deadline is part of the planning and negotiation process between both parties, so meeting the agreed timeline is a shared responsibility.
Both parties should keep the agreed deadlines in mind and work together to ensure the project progresses as planned. If the delivery date needs to be changed during the project, the deadline can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Keeping the deadline up to date helps you better organize the project and allows the guarantee to work more effectively.
Maintaining good communication between both parties is essential for keeping the project organized, meeting the agreed terms, and achieving a successful final result.
To agree on a new deadline, go to My Projects [as a client], select the project with the status “Working”, click the three dots on the right, and select “Propose a new deadline.”
Important! ✍
The new deadline must be accepted by both parties to be valid.
If you do not agree on a new date through the platform, Workana’s guarantee will no longer be valid.
