At Workana, it is not allowed to send contact details to a customer. So: how can I show my portfolio or previous work to a client to select my proposal?
Here we detail how you can share your portfolio without being penalized:
- Through your Workana profile: We have the possibility of linking a behance portfolio to your Workana profile. You can share images or videos. The correct way to share your portfolio in this way is by copying the link to your Workana profile. You cannot share the direct link to your Behance profile.
- Through attachments that do NOT have contact information: You can send a CV, a pdf presentation, a video and all kinds of attachments, as long as they do not contain any contact information.Check that the files also do not contain third-party data. No external data, even if not from the freelancer, will be accepted.
- Through external links to Workana: You can send external links to the client that do not contain contact information. If you have a personal page with contact information, unfortunately you cannot share it with customers. Examples that you can share: web pages created by you, social media accounts that you have managed, links to your apps such as Play Store or App Store, etc.
Please note that sharing external contact information is a violation of site policies. Here you can see what happens if you share external data.
In resume: You can share your work in various ways, but you must be sure not to submit external contact information in your portfolio :)
