How to make a video call?
The video call is available for Silver level freelancers or higher and for those who has contract the Plus, Professional or Premium benefit plan.
Professionals who are not at those levels or do not have one of those benefit plans, cannot be contacted by video call. Except in cases where a client has contracted one of the client plans. In this case, the client can make a video call with any professional.
It is important to note that only the customer can initiate a video call with Silver professionals or higher and with those who has a Plus plan. But, if you have a Professional or Premium benefit plan, the freelancer can also start the video call.
Both the client and the freelancer must be online to make the video call.
How do I know if I'm receiving a video call?
Too easy! If you are a freelancer and your client is trying to reach you by video call, you will see a pop-up, which will notify you of the incoming call.
If the freelancer wants to start the video call, the client will see the pop-up with the call :)
Remember that everything that is discussed and / or agreed through video call must be documented in the project chat, so that we can be registered in the event of a dispute
