For the client and the professional to have more direct contact, Workana has the option of video call.
How to make a video call?
The video call is available for Silver level freelancers or higher and for those who has contract the Plus, Professional or Premium benefit plan.
Professionals who are not at those levels or do not have one of those benefit plans, cannot be contacted by video call.
Who can start a video call?
- Customers with a contracted customer plan
- Freelancers who have a professional or premium plan
Who can receive a video call?
- Freelancers silver or higher
- Freelancers with a contracted benefits plan (plus, professional or premium)
- Customers who do not have a customer plan can receive calls from Freelancers who have a professional or premium plan
Both the client and the freelancer must be online to make the video call.
How do I know if I'm receiving a video call?
Too easy! If you are a freelancer and your client is trying to reach you by video call, you will see a pop-up, which will notify you of the incoming call.
If the freelancer wants to start the video call, the client will see the pop-up with the call :)
Remember that everything that is discussed and / or agreed through video call must be documented in the project chat, so that we can be registered in the event of a dispute
Do you have problems with the camera or audio?
Select Home > > Settings > Privacy > Camera.
Under Allow camera access on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on.
It is also important that the user has to add the exception to the antivirus.
If that doesn't work, please contact us: https://www.workana.com/en/contact/
