When the client and the professional have previously worked together, the client will be able to rehire the professional through a direct hire.
Direct hires are developed in the same way as a regular project, but they are projects created exclusively for one professional (not visible to the rest of the community).
How do I create a direct hire?
After talking with the professional and confirming their availability, knowledge and budget, the client will be able to enter the professional's profile and select the option "Hire".
There, you must enter all the details of the work to be done and the amount, to create the project:
The project will then be created and will appear directly in both profiles (client and professional) as a project with the status "waiting for guarantee deposit".
Once the security deposit is paid, the project will look like a regular project where you can propose a new deadline, make deliveries, create extensions, etc:
As the hired professional, how can I refuse a direct hire?
Whether the client has already paid the deposit or not, you can ask us to disassociate you from the project, without affecting your profile or position in the ranking 🙂
If the project has not been paid for, you can request to disassociate at any time. In the case that it is already paid, you can disassociate yourself from it up to 7 days after being hired 🙂

What happens if there are problems with the project and it needs to be cancelled?
In the event that the direct hire needs to be cancelled after the work has started, you may do so through mediation or arbitration, as in normal projects.
