Every time you complete a delivery and your client releases the funds for a project, that money is credited as available balance in your account. To transfer these earnings to your virtual wallet, you must set up your withdrawal method and know the dates on which we process payments.
1. Set up your Withdrawal Options Before you can receive your money, you must define and link the account where you want to receive your funds. Follow these steps to set it up:
- Log into your account.
- Click on My Finances and then Withdrawal Options.
- Choose your preferred method: PayPal or Payoneer (options vary depending on your country of residence).
- Very important: Simply selecting the method is not enough; you must associate and link your active account (e.g., your PayPal email or your Payoneer ID) so that the status shows as connected.
2. Payment periods and available calendar On Workana, you can withdraw your released funds under three different methods:
- Standard monthly payment (Free - from the 1st to the 5th of each month): This is the basic option for all users. The money is sent to your account between the 1st and 5th of each month. To receive it during this period, you must configure your withdrawal method before the 30th (or 31st) of the previous month. This payment includes all funds released by your clients up to the last day of that month.
- Mid-month payment (from the 16th to the 20th of each month): This option is available if you are subscribed to a Benefits Plan (from the Beginner plan onwards). You will receive the funds released by your clients up to the 15th at 11:59 pm. To withdraw on this date, your withdrawal setup must be correctly saved by the 14th at the latest.
- Weekly withdrawal (Every Wednesday): Only available for users on the Explorer or Master plans. The payment is processed every Wednesday, between 9 am and 8 pm GMT -3. To be included in that week's withdrawal, you must save and confirm your withdrawal setup no later than Tuesday at 11:59 pm.
- Note on weekends: If the start of any payment cycle falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the transfer process will begin on the next business day.
3. Essential requirements to receive your money To ensure your payment is processed smoothly, check that you meet these conditions before your cycle begins:
- On-time configuration: If you modify your withdrawal method once the payment cycle has started, the transfer will be suspended and will automatically move to the next available period.
- Payoneer minimum amount: If you use Payoneer, you must have an accumulated minimum balance of 30 USD for the system to process the transfer.
4. What happens if your Workana account is closed? If your profile is permanently canceled or suspended on the platform, your accumulated and available balance is not lost. The system will automatically send all of those funds to the payment method saved in your account between the 1st and 5th of the month following the cancellation.
