How to finish a project by hour

Projects by hours don't have a deadline, they can keep going according to customer demand.🙂

In the same way, in case of finishing the contract or project, the owner can do the action directly through their own profile.

See the steps to complete this action :)

IF YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER:

To be able to close a project by hour, first of all, select the contract that is running. Select “my projects” and in “state - working”.

From "my projects as a client", click on the menu on the right side as shown below:

And enter the project:
Once you are into the project, select the option "end contract"

IMPORTANT: To finish or close the contract, you cannot have any PENDING PAYMENTS or BILLING ERROR. Is it's your case, you must have to settle the payment previously.

Once the contract is closed, booth the customer and professional can follow the qualification path.

IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL:

If you are the person that is working on a project by hours and would like to cancel it, you must get in contact with the customer and ask them to close the project/contract.

In the case of the customer doesn't do it or provide feedback about your request, you must get in contact with our Customer Support. Please provide the Project's name and your request.🙂
