At Workana, we do NOT change qualifications. Why? These are our reasons 🙂
It would undermine the credibility of Workana and therefore of all its users. One of the best aspects of Workana is that the qualifications are verifiable. The money and work have passed entirely through the platform, so we know that the service was performed. If we allow changes, it will affect the confidence a future user may have in our service.
Changing a qualification once the counterparty's qualification has been made public is unfair. A key mechanism of how qualifications work at Workana is the ability to make a qualification before you know how you will be qualified. In this way we are not influenced by what the other said about us and our qualification should be more sincere.
What happens if I don't qualify the counterparty? This is very important! When you decide to give up your right to give a free and honest opinion about your experience working with the client / professional and finish a project you do not leave a review, we will consider that everything was fine, then after 15 days the system will give 5 stars which is the maximum rating, this rating will be displayed on the profile of your counterpart.
Before releasing the funds and qualifying we must ensure that the project is complete and correct. It is assumed that once the counterparties have been qualified there is no need for exchanges and the project is completed, so there should be no further requirements after this step.
